Everything listed is already made and ready to be shipped as soon as I receive your order and payment.

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal. You can pay without a Paypal account with your credit card. Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.

Please pay within 5 working days of purchase or the sale will be cancelled. If you need more time for the payment, please contact me beforehand.

A 50% deposit is required for custom work at my discretion.

Shipping

I ship from the UK using standard international airmail via Royal Mail. Usually I ship on the next business days of receiving your payment.

Standard shipping is by 1st Class Royal Mail to the UK, or by standard international Air Mail to Europe, USA and other countries. It doesn’t include tracking and insurance.

This airmail shipping option can be upgraded to a registered service (international signed for) which includes tracking and signature on delivery. It's an extra 56 kr (worldwide) on top of standard shipping. Please contact me after checkout if you would like this upgraded shipping and I will send a separate Paypal invoice.

Delivery time

UK - Royal Mail estimates 1-2 working days for delivery within the UK.

Europe - Royal Mail estimates 3-5 working days for delivery within Western Europe and 5-7 working days within Eastern Europe. This is only an estimated and can take longer depending on your local service.

US/Canada - estimates 5-7 working days for delivery. This is only an estimate and it can take longer depending on customs clearance times.

Australia and other countries - estimates 10-14 working days for delivery.

Lost packages

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for every order. This offers limited coverage for postal loss (determined by Royal Mail on a case by case basis). In the rare event that an order is lost in the post I will file for loss, however this takes several weeks from the time of filing (overseas packages can be filed as lost after 25 working days have passed). For this reason trackable postage is recommended if you're not willing to wait for the claims process involved in filing for loss with the Certificate of Posting.

Then I will replace the missing items and re-send them to you. I will not issue a refund under these circumstances for obvious reasons.

Shipping is to verified PayPal addresses only, so if you wish to have your purchase shipped to an address other than the one on your PayPal account, please let me know your correct shipping address.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact me prior to returning the item.

Return item in the condition I sent within 7 days for refund of the item cost. Postage and packaging including return postage and packaging will not be refunded. The exception is earrings. Due to health and sanitary reasons, I will deduct the cost of the ear wire (the part that goes through your ear). Depending on the ear wire that cost varies.

Please ensure all returns are well packaged and it is recommended that all returns are sent by an insured or signed for postal/shipping method for your security as, you can understand, I cannot refund items I don't receive for inspection and in a fit state for resale.

If there is a piece of jewellery that needs repair that you purchased from my shop, I will fix it for you at no cost, provided that it has not been subjected to unreasonable abuse.

Refunds are made in full through PayPal and are only paid when goods have been received in satisfactory condition.

I describe each listing to the best of my abilities. Please keep in mind that actual colours may vary due to individual monitor calibration. If you have any questions about the listing, don’t hesitate to write me.
